Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain rapport with a caseload of clients, ensuring professional ethics and appropriate boundaries are respected.

• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with clients, focusing on progress reviews, upcoming appointments, and discharge planning when suitable.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that center on clients' needs and goals.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and inform treatment approaches.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to foster professional growth and ensure quality of care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will primarily focus on youth, providing counseling and support for a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.
