Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in their homes, assessing their mobility, strength, and physical capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and the use of assistive devices to alleviate pain and improve function.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously through regular documentation and modify treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about their conditions, treatment plans, and the use of rehabilitation equipment to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Stay updated on the latest practices in physical therapy by attending workshops, reviewing current literature, and engaging in professional networks.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
