Work Environment\n

This position primarily operates in a remote outpatient office setting, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while maintaining an essential connection with your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Adhere to a structured work schedule as established by your direct supervisor to deliver reliable services to clients.

• Implement directives and therapeutic strategies as specified in treatment plans, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Maintain a valid Oregon Driver’s License, and keep certifications for CPR and First Aid up to date.

• Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a caseload of clients in a high-volume setting.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately using electronic medical records, facilitating communication with other team members.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings and counseling reviews to enhance collective knowledge and service delivery.
\n
• Provide clients with information and resources for addressing financial or social needs that may affect their mental health treatment.

• Engage in continuous professional development to comply with licensing requirements and improve therapeutic competencies.

• Agree to perform other duties as assigned, ensuring a culture of teamwork and adaptability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support a diverse young client population, ranging from adolescents to young adults, who are navigating various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, or behavioral concerns. As a therapist, you will employ a person-centered approach, utilizing evidence-based interventions to empower clients to overcome obstacles and reach their life goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An independent mental health license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, is required.

• Possess a strong foundation in clinical practices and the ability to triage tasks effectively to ensure optimal client care in a busy environment.
