Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate client trauma histories effectively.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide clients through their healing processes.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing trauma, building healthy coping strategies, and fostering emotional healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to manage integrated care and optimize client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, offering essential support and guidance to clients in urgent need.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources to empower them in their healing journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
