Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, to individuals, groups, and families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, trainings, and keeping abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients primarily include adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will play a critical role in providing support and guidance to those who may be grappling with significant life stressors, facilitating their journey toward emotional stability and resilience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is essential, with a strong foundation in evidenced-based practices.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards as well as a commitment to maintaining professional integrity.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of effective rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team environment, ensuring coordinated client care.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related digital tools is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization or additional training in family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
