Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions that foster a sense of belonging and connection among clients, encouraging the sharing of experiences and peer support.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy tailored to each client’s unique experiences and needs, helping them explore their thoughts and implement effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans, ensuring approaches are tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Progress Evaluation: Track and assess client progress using a variety of tools to ensure that treatment goals are being met, while also adjusting care strategies based on feedback and assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This age group often faces distinct mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, and relationship issues. Your support will play a pivotal role in guiding them toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with young adults and adolescents in an outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
