Executive Assistant to Co-Founder at Early-Stage Social Startup

Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
Category-defining social networking startup is looking for an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to support a Co-Founder. Backed by top-tier VCs and founded by serial tech entrepreneurs, this is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving 8 person team. In this role, you'll support the Co-Founder with calendar management, coordination of travel including private aircraft, bill pay, vendor coordination and keeping a small office running smoothly. This role will also provide light personal support, including overseeing drivers and vehicle upkeep and light home vendor management. Someone who is AI-forward and proactive, with strong judgment and the confidence to push back. This is an in-office role, 5 days/week, based in NYC's Tribeca neighborhood, with long, high-energy hours (generally ~10:30 AM8 PM). 120140K DOE + benefits and a tight-knit, work-hard-play-hard culture.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar support, proactively resolving conflicts and keeping the Executive's time protected.
- Own office management: bill payments, vendor relationships, and keeping the office stocked and running.
- Coordinate all travel, including private aircraft logistics.
- Oversee drivers and vehicle upkeep, ensuring everything is ready to go at a moment's notice.
- Provide light personal support, including coordination with existing home vendors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in executive or personal assistant support, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Genuine comfort with AI tools and a willingness to learn and adopt new ones quickly.
- Strong judgment and initiative, able to solve problems and make calls independently.
- Confident and direct, comfortable pushing back and holding ground on important items.
- Excellent communicator, equally comfortable coordinating over text, calls, and in person.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple, fast-shifting priorities across both business and personal support.
- Comfortable with long, unconventional hours and a high-energy, in-office culture.
