Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Hill Crest Counseling Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include adult survivors of trauma, individuals grappling with PTSD, complex trauma, and associated dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution and possess active licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California. A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly with trauma-focused therapies, is strongly preferred.
