Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our Las Vegas facility, where the atmosphere is both professional and welcoming. The center operates from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a structured work schedule conducive to work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to design personalized treatment plans that address individual rehabilitation goals.
• Implement hands-on therapy, utilizing manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans and optimize patient recovery processes.
• Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment options, and home exercise regimens to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical records (EMR) system for continuity of care and compliance.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case management discussions to enhance shared knowledge and collective patient care strategies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through structured training programs, workshops, and seminars provided by the organization.
• Contribute to the clinic's reputation by delivering outstanding patient care and fostering positive community relationships.
• Mentor and guide new physical therapy staff and students, providing support and knowledge to enhance their clinical skills.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Nevada.
• Strong foundational clinical knowledge in areas such as orthopedics, neurology, and general rehabilitation practices.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively educate and support patients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience.
