Work Environment

This position is based onsite within our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic where you will engage directly with patients. With a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, your hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a consistent routine that promotes work-life balance. The clinic is designed to facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions, equipped with modern rehabilitation equipment to support diverse treatment methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' mobility, strength, and physical functionality to create personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement customized therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and cutting-edge rehabilitation equipment.
• Provide hands-on (manual) therapy to relieve pain, reduce stiffness, and improve mobility.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery post-treatment.
• Continuously monitor and assess patients' progress, adapting treatment plans to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes based on their changing needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves adults who are recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will interact daily with a diverse patient population, tailoring treatment strategies that empower them to regain function and achieve their personal mobility goals. Your role is critical in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to ensure each patient's unique journey to recovery is addressed with compassion and expertise.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active or eligible Physical Therapy License in the state of Nevada.
• Strong foundational knowledge in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• A valid CPR certification and up-to-date immunity vaccinations.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation processes.
• Experience with patient-driven care models and evidence-based practice protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
