Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children and adolescents to identify their unique needs collaboratively.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's developmental stage and family background.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and family therapy sessions, to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Deliver family therapy sessions, facilitating effective communication and guidance for parents and caregivers.
\n
• Work closely with child psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to create a coordinated care approach, ensuring comprehensive treatment for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients during mental health emergencies with prompt, empathetic responses.
\n
• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and utilize community resources to support ongoing care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development workshops to enhance skills and best practices.

• Commit to ongoing learning by staying updated on current research and advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral issues. As a clinician, you will play a crucial role in transforming the lives of these young individuals and their families by providing tailored therapeutic approaches that foster emotional growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Strong foundation in child and adolescent mental health disorders, including familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on establishing rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and a working familiarity with telehealth technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience preferred, with demonstrated effectiveness in delivering therapy to children and adolescents.

• Experience facilitating family therapy sessions and working in collaborative environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, in addition to a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
