This full-time role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide high-quality mental health care to children and adolescents through telehealth services. Work Environment\n

This position is designed for a work-from-home model that focuses on telehealth therapy, facilitating access to mental health services for our young clients regardless of their geographical location. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed based on patient demand. Our virtual platform supports seamless communication, documentation, and appointments, ensuring that you can deliver counseling effectively from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of children and adolescents.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect patients' developmental stages and specific family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to address a variety of mental health disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to empower and educate parents and caregivers, promoting a positive home environment for young individuals.

• Work integratively with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing crisis management techniques tailored to children and adolescents.

• Educate clients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential records as per legal requirements while ensuring ethical compliance.

• Engage actively in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collective learning and enhance service delivery.

• Remain current with advancements in child and adolescent psychiatry and therapeutic practices through ongoing professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on serving children and adolescents, providing them with the therapeutic support needed to navigate various mental health challenges, from anxiety disorders to mood disorders and behavioral issues. The collaborative nature of our practice also involves working closely with families, ensuring they feel supported and educated throughout their child’s therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities.

• Experience providing individual and family therapy to youth populations, implementing tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on building rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation purposes.

• A collaborative mindset conducive to working within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
