Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional mental health care. You will engage with clients via telehealth platforms, employing secured and user-friendly technology to ensure effective communication and care. Your daily interactions will take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient schedules and needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new clients to identify their unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate individual and group therapy sessions effectively.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to build community and help clients share experiences related to common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care that meets the holistic needs of our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention support, utilizing your skills to address immediate mental health emergencies and guide clients to safety and stability.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring client privacy and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Participate actively in case consultations and professional development activities to continually enhance your skills and stay updated with current research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, supported by demonstrable experience in delivering effective therapy.

• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with proven capabilities in conducting thorough evaluations and developing actionable treatment strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and fellow team members.
\n
• Sound judgment and adherence to ethical practices that prioritize client confidentiality and welfare.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications relevant to telehealth documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in mental health settings, providing individual and group therapy to a variety of demographics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
