Work Environment This is a full-time remote position, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while you provide care to clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify underlying issues related to their mental health and substance use, creating tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges. Implement and evaluate evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches, ensuring that clients are supported in their recovery journey. Maintain detailed, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and reporting. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other social workers, to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for clients, facilitating regular case reviews and treatment discussions. Engage with clients' family members and support systems, providing them with education and resources to better assist their loved ones on the path to recovery. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work primarily with individuals dealing with a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon, with a clean disciplinary record. Proficient experience in clinical social work practice, including assessment, diagnosis, and devising treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build compassionate relationships with clients from various backgrounds. Compensation and Benefits Willow Therapeutic Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
