Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, incorporating pre-crisis and crisis management strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management protocols.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all clinical activities, adhering to regulatory standards to promote the highest quality of care.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to accurately assess patient needs and outcomes as guided by our clinical team.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client requirements.

• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating commitment to compliance and quality improvement.

• Act as a liaison to networks of service systems, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating effective communication and resource sharing.

• Maintain proactive engagement with local, state, and federal agencies to advocate for clients and enhance program visibility.

• Contribute to personal and professional development by attending relevant training sessions, workshops, and conferences, and represent Anderson Behavioral Health at statewide meetings.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, maintaining adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
