This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, as well as the opportunity to make a real difference in the mental well-being of individuals in our community. The ideal candidate will hold one of the following licenses: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, and possess at least two years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Clinician at Dayspring, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical intakes and psychotherapy sessions for clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all licensing and insurance requirements.

• Participating in weekly supervision sessions to refine clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Continuously collaborating with team members to share knowledge and improve treatment approaches, fostering a culture of excellence and learning.

• Actively engaging in quarterly team meetings to discuss clinic operations, share insights on client progress, and contribute to a positive team culture.

• Efficiently communicating with administrative staff to streamline appointment scheduling, billing processes, and client follow-up.

• Upholding all licensing requirements and professional standards, including maintaining liability insurance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, ranging from children aged 9 to adults, addressing a variety of mental health concerns. This includes managing case loads that encompass mild to moderate conditions, focusing on therapeutic and preventative strategies to optimize mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates should have:

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Professional Liability Insurance coverage valid in Washington State.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional resilience, and a passion for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges.

Preferred Experience\n

We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
