Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and therapeutic alliances while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate therapeutic progress, address stability concerns, and plan future appointments or transitions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Document thorough progress notes and maintain accurate records for each client, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on working with youth experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, trauma, and related behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in mental health or related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
