Work Environment\n

As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to create an optimal work-life balance from your home office while contributing to a vibrant team dedicated to mental health improvement. Although you will primarily work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be required to accommodate patients' needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological states and craft personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices.

• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy tailored to the individual's needs.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional challenges, fostering personal growth, and enhancing coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and allied health professionals to ensure integrated, holistic care, ensuring each patient's treatment is well-coordinated.

• Provide crisis intervention support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, offering resources and guidance on treatment options available.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient documentation through electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to remain current with industry trends and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Human Services, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health services is strongly preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities, with a focus on trauma-informed care.

• Strong capabilities in conducting assessments, making informed diagnoses, and developing effective treatment plans.

• Proven experience in leading individual and group therapy, employing varied therapeutic techniques.

• Exemplary crisis intervention skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build rapport and establish trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Comfortable navigating electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant digital tools to streamline workflow.

Compensation and Benefits\n
