Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assessments of patients with musculoskeletal and functional limitations, establishing individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure total clarity on therapeutic goals and progress.
• Implement treatment plans utilizing various physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education, ensuring to adapt according to patient response.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Maintain compliance with documentation standards, regulatory guidelines, and practice protocols, ensuring timely submission of billing and service charges for therapy provided.
• Engage in professional development through attending workshops, training sessions, and in-services to enhance clinical skills and knowledge in the latest therapy techniques.
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at promoting health and wellness, thereby building relationships with local organizations to foster a supportive healthcare network.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population ranging from young athletes recovering from sports injuries to elderly individuals rehabilitating after hip or knee surgery. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
