Work Environment

Our position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, including the comfort of your own home in Forest Grove, Oregon. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health therapy sessions through video chat, using our user-friendly therapist portal.
• Assess the behavioral and mental health needs of low-acuity adult clients, developing individualized therapy goals and treatment plans.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities to address client challenges effectively.
• Develop insightful strategies that assist clients in navigating their emotions and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and encouraging healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who demonstrate a desire for personal growth and improvement in their daily lives. Your compassionate approach will be crucial in fostering a safe environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, unrestricted state license to practice independently, with accepted credentials including:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Psychologist (PsyD)
• Demonstrated skill in conducting therapy independently without supervision.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.

Preferred Experience

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a deeply sympathetic nature, with a passion for helping others.
• Familiarity with the latest developments and techniques in psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual therapy sessions and managing client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on your working hours and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
