Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with integrity and empathy, utilizing video chat to facilitate communication and rapport-building.
• Employ evidence-based treatment methods , particularly solution-focused therapy, to assist clients in overcoming their challenges and achieving their personal goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific needs of each client, regularly assessing their progress.
• Guide clients in developing healthy coping strategies and resilience, fostering insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
• Document all client interactions accurately and efficiently, allowing for easy tracking of treatment effectiveness while minimizing time spent on paperwork.

Qualifications

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Licensure: A current state license is essential. Accepted credentials include:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Psychologist (PsyD)
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating confidence and expertise in your field.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in providing telehealth services is highly desirable.
