Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' emotional and psychological challenges, developing personalized treatment plans to address these needs effectively.

• Deliver high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused interventions.

• Document progress notes, treatment plans, and client interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with organizational policies.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other mental health professionals, participating in case discussions and consultations to provide coordinated care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n
