Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to students' needs.

• Collaborate with students, parents, and school staff to develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural considerations and address specific goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual counseling, family therapy, and group workshops, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Provide crisis intervention services for students experiencing acute distress or mental health crises, working alongside educational and mental health professionals to ensure timely support.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, encompassing progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, following all regulatory guidelines and clinic policies.

• Educate students and their families through psychoeducation, enabling them to understand mental health conditions and equipping them with coping strategies to manage challenges effectively.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school counselors, to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize student outcomes.

• Regularly monitor treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments, adjusting treatment plans based on students' progress and feedback.

• Stay updated on current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to enhance clinical practice continuously.

• Adhere to ethical clinical guidelines and respect patient confidentiality at all times.
