Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their home environments to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using diverse methods such as exercise, manual therapy, stretching, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Document patient treatments comprehensively and accurately within our electronic health record system, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Instruct patients and their caregivers on exercises and techniques to promote independence and facilitate recovery, enhancing their quality of life.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate comprehensive care strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy through continuing education opportunities, workshops, and professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
