Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify client needs and formulating individualized treatment plans based on scientifically validated approaches.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring techniques to best suit each client’s situation.

• Maintaining and managing detailed and confidential clinical records, strictly adhering to HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations.

• Regularly collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Engaging in ongoing case consultations and peer review sessions to continuously improve service delivery and enhance care quality.

• Providing educational resources to clients and their families regarding mental health disorders and the treatment options available to them.

• Keeping abreast of contemporary research and developments in mental health to inform your practice and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Managing a full caseload while ensuring ethical standards and compliance with professional guidelines are consistently upheld.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your clients will range from adolescents navigating the complexities of mental health during formative years to adults seeking strategies for emotional regulation and personal growth. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Florida.
