Key Responsibilities

• Manage an individualized caseload of three patients per hour, ensuring each session meets the specific therapeutic needs of adults aged 40-65.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to design and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate both manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens for maximum effectiveness.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic methods, including customized exercise programs and hands-on treatment approaches, to facilitate rehabilitation and patient progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians (MDs), occupational therapists (OTs), chiropractors (DCs), nurse practitioners (NPs), and physician assistants (PAs), to provide comprehensive and cohesive care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress using CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults ranging from ages 40 to 65, many of whom may be recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic pain conditions, or seeking rehabilitation for sports-related injuries. Understanding the unique needs and goals of this demographic is essential for developing effective treatment plans that promote recovery and enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapy license.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and excellent communication abilities, enabling successful patient interactions and teamwork.
• Experience in outpatient settings is considered a strong asset, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in outpatient physical therapy, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
