Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries within a home care context, utilizing both standardized assessments and clinical judgment.
• Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans incorporating a range of therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Regularly track and document treatment sessions, compile patient progress reports, and adjust therapeutic goals based on each patient's response.
• Provide expert recommendations for assistive devices to enhance self-care and mobility, ensuring that each device is appropriately fitted and tailored to the patient's specific needs.
