Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain valuable insights into patients' experiences, histories, and needs for tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland.

• A profound understanding of mental health disorders, best practices in evidence-based treatments, and the importance of cultural competence in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions that reflect inclusivity and responsiveness to diverse cultural needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
