Mobility Project Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Brick, New Jersey. Work Environment

This onsite position is based in our modern rehabilitation facility in Brick, New Jersey, a community known for its beautiful landscapes and vibrant atmosphere. The clinic is well-equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and facilities, allowing you to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, in a supportive team environment where collaboration with healthcare professionals is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical needs and establish achievable therapy goals.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise regimens, specifically tailored to orthopedic conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and evaluate treatment outcomes regularly to adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, wellness initiatives, and preventive measures to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers—including physicians, occupational therapists, and nutritionists—to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Monitor and encourage patient adherence to treatment protocols and adapt them based on individual progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and various musculoskeletal issues. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals regain their independence and improve their functional outcomes. Our patients range from young athletes to seniors requiring joint replacements, offering a diverse and enriching experience.

Qualifications

• A completed Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• A strong commitment to providing patient-centered care with a focus on personalized treatment strategies.
• Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to implement effective exercise protocols.
• An unblemished professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.

Preferred Experience

While a Bachelor's degree is mandatory, candidates with a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) will be preferred. Furthermore, any experience in leading or mentoring junior therapists or conducting community outreach programs will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 110,000 to 130,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
