Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, gathering medical history and utilizing specific assessment tools to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans with patients and their families while actively involving them in goal-setting processes.
• Implement tailored treatment protocols, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate optimal recovery based on individual patient needs.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Modify treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing reassessments of patient progress and feedback.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development, staying updated with the latest evidence-based practices and participating in regular team meetings to discuss patient outcomes.
• Participate actively in community outreach programs to promote health education and increase awareness of physical therapy benefits.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse outpatient populations, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice physical therapy in the state of Florida.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with patients and fostering collaborative relationships with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.

• Certification in specialized treatment techniques (e.g., Dry Needling, Manual Therapy) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
