Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a liaison between families, clients, and outpatient providers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

• Engage with insurance companies regarding pre-certification and utilization management to ensure comprehensive care coverage for clients.
\n
• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare services to support clients as they transition to next steps in their mental health journey.
\n
• Deliver therapeutic meal support, modeling a healthy relationship with food and offering guidance in an empathetic manner with clients.
\n
• Ensure that each client receives safe, affirming, and culturally competent care that reflects the client's individual circumstances and intersecting identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Clients often present with issues related to anxiety, depression, social skills deficits, and trauma. As an LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in addressing these challenges, thus contributing to improved emotional resilience and academic performance amongst students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida is mandatory for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
