Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining rapport through effective communication and active listening.

• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients to assess stability and monitor treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of all client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Perform initial intake assessments to determine client eligibility and identify mental health needs.
\n
• Provide weekly individual therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal therapeutic results.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to continuously refine your skills and knowledge in clinical mental health counseling.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to share insights and improve overall client care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Competence and comfort in utilizing technology, including RMS systems, Excel, and Outlook, to manage client information.
