Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological and emotional states while considering any co-occurring medical conditions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address both psychological and medical issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on the specific needs of each patient to maximize therapeutic growth and engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse range of patients, including those facing challenges associated with autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, chronic pain, and other mental health issues. Our goal is to support individuals dealing with complex needs, allowing them to achieve improved quality of life through tailored mental health interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT within the state of New York.
\n
• Strong understanding of the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions and the ability to address these effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport and trust with patients.
\n
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and relevant computer applications.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting, contributing to a shared goal of holistic patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
