Work Environment

This role is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Sanford, Florida. You will work within a dynamic team that prioritizes interdisciplinary collaboration and open communication. Your typical schedule will consist of 40 hours per week, with variable weekend hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to assess functional limitations and devise tailored treatment plans.
• Manage patient care from initial evaluation through discharge, providing consistent, evidence-based treatment while adhering to all regulatory and professional standards.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, continually re-evaluating patient progress and adjusting methods as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Engage in consultative practices with other healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication across the continuum of care.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient evaluations, treatments provided, and progress made, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate actively with the interdisciplinary treatment team, physicians, and support staff to maximize patient care effectiveness and efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor assigned physical therapy aides and other support personnel to enhance team performance.
• Participate in departmental meetings, contributing insights on community outreach, marketing, and program development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, reflective of your experience and contributions to the organization.
