Work Environment

As a full-time physical therapist at our rehabilitation facility, you will operate in an onsite setting that fosters a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care without needing to accommodate weekend shifts. The clinic is equipped with modern therapeutic equipment and tools essential for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical status and functional abilities to identify their goals and requirements.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans utilizing a variety of treatment modalities, ensuring each patient receives personalized therapy.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques and tailored exercise programs, to address individual patient needs.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their treatment journey, encouraging them to engage actively in their rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, facilitating interdisciplinary communication for optimal patient outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on empirical evidence and patient feedback.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will develop strong therapeutic relationships with patients, which will enable you to understand their individual needs and motivations, thereby fostering a supportive environment conducive to recovery.

Qualifications

• Education: A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensure: An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in physical therapy, specifically in an orthopedic outpatient setting, is essential.
• Compliance: Candidates must have no record of board or disciplinary actions on their license.
• Skills: Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement effective exercise programs are required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic is preferred, as it will enhance your capability to interact effectively with this specific patient demographic.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for documenting patient care and treatment progress is also desirable.
• Advanced certifications or specialized training in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or orthopedic therapy will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
