Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand patients’ needs, which will inform treatment planning.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Documenting patient progress and concerns through accurate clinical and progress notes, adhering to departmental standards.

• Providing crisis intervention and counseling services to patients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, helping them to develop coping strategies.

• Facilitating discharge planning and coordination of care, ensuring patients have access to appropriate resources and services following treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
