Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy services via telehealth, adapting to client needs with options for in-person consultations or a hybrid model when necessary.

• Maintain complete and accurate electronic health records (EHR) for all client interactions and ensure timely documentation that aligns with best practices.

• Engage proactively with clients to identify their therapeutic needs, setting aims and outcomes structured around their goals.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse array of clients to foster a trusting therapeutic environment and provide individualized care.

• Actively grow your caseload by attracting an additional 15-35 clients to enhance your practice in line with your aspirations.

Your work will cater to a broad range of clients, allowing you to specialize in areas you are most passionate about. This could include working with adults, children, teens, geriatrics, couples, or military veterans among others. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling, qualifying you to serve as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• An active license as a Professional Counselor in California.
