Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish baseline data.
• Designing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals, continually adapting approaches based on progress.
• Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities suited to diverse client backgrounds and conditions.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure integrated and holistic client care while collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.
