Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake a variety of essential responsibilities that directly impact the mental well-being of your clients:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is primarily on adult individuals and couples seeking support for various mental health challenges. Our clients seek assistance for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. As a counselor, your expertise will guide them through their struggles, providing a safe space for dialogue, healing, and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.

• A valid independent state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience in using virtual platforms and telehealth technologies for client care.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates who can present at least two years of relevant clinical experience. Preference will be given to those who have worked in a telehealth setting or who possess specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
