Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual and, when appropriate, group therapy sessions that focus on mood disorders and personal development.

• Collaborate with other professionals including psychiatrists and healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights on client progress.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes comprehensively while minimizing paperwork to enhance direct client engagement.

• Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss case consultations, treatment approaches, and community outreach initiatives.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as either an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
