Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances, including cultural considerations.

  Employ the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and other appropriate tools to diagnose and develop care strategies tailored to each patient's requirements.

  Regularly reassess patients’ progress and adjust interventions as necessary to support ongoing mental health goals, ensuring the delivery of effective therapeutic support.

  Document all treatment records and clinical information accurately and on time using the latest technology, in compliance with regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

  Collaborate closely with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to establish comprehensive treatment objectives that are both realistic and aligned with patient goals.

  Coordinate referrals to appropriate services and act as a liaison between patients and other healthcare providers to streamline care delivery.

  Provide mentorship and educational guidance to interns, students, and volunteers, contributing to the next generation of social workers.

  Under the supervision of your clinical lead, engage in team development through peer-to-peer reviews, chart auditing, and collaborative clinical discussions.

Qualifications\n
