Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate each patient’s trauma history, ensuring the identification of suitable treatment modalities.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate patient healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients through the trauma processing journey, equipping them with effective coping strategies, and fostering community support.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated care, addressing the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating quick, compassionate responses in high-pressure situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona is essential.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, focused on trauma or mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
