Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to gather detailed histories of clients, enabling the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on trauma processing, offering support, coping strategies, and resilience-building techniques.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support and safety for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to the organization.
