Key Responsibilities\n

• Adhere to agency policies and ethical guidelines while delivering compassionate mental health treatment.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to screen and diagnose mental health disorders, tailoring treatment plans that align with clients' individual needs and goals.

• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions for children, families, and multi-family groups, promoting psychoeducation, engagement, and interactive group dynamics.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and progress using electronic medical record systems, enhancing accurate reporting and communication.

• Provide case management services to coordinate comprehensive support for clients, collaborating effectively with families, educational institutions, and community partners.

• Incorporate Trauma-Informed Care principles and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) into daily practice, enriching the therapeutic process.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions and pursuing continuing education opportunities, ensuring ongoing licensure and mastery of best practices.

• Participate in clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews, iterating on personal and professional goals through regular feedback and evaluation sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Thoughtful Wellbeing, you will work with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and teenagers. You will be integral in providing tailored psychotherapy that meets the varying emotional, psychological, and social needs of these populations. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• An independent license in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Strong typing and computer skills for documentation, with proficiency in electronic medical records systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal forms, to facilitate effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to manage a large caseload efficiently, while establishing strong relationships with support staff and other providers.

Compensation and Benefits\n
