Empower Concierge Rehab and PT is seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in the picturesque Boynton Beach, Florida. The position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center in Boynton Beach, Florida. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluation and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough patient evaluations, incorporate diagnostic tools, and develop personalized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals.
• Implementation of Treatments: Use a variety of therapeutic interventions, closely following evidence-based practices, to deliver care that promotes recovery and rehabilitation.
• Collaboration: Engage with physicians, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment plans.
• Monitoring Progress: Systematically track patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and outcomes.
• Patient Education: Provide guidance to patients and their families about therapy techniques, wellness, and strategies for preventing further injury.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Compliance: Uphold all compliance standards including adherence to hospital policies and regulatory requirements to ensure patient safety and care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with at our Rehabilitation Center include individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, strokes, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse patient population ranges from young adults to seniors, each requiring tailored care and rehabilitation strategies. As a Staff Physical Therapist, your role will be crucial in guiding patients through their recovery journeys, encouraging them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida or eligibility to obtain.
• CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, clinical reasoning, and time management abilities.
• Passionate commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional growth.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Familiarity with current rehabilitation technologies and treatment methodologies.
• Experience with diverse patient populations and complex rehabilitation scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
