Temp to Perm Jr. Executive Assistant at music law firm

Our client, a music-focused, boutique law firm in Flatiron, is looking to hire a Junior Temp to Perm Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team environment and be able to handle multiple tasks daily. The candidate will help provide executive and personal support to a Partner at the firm. This person should have a sunny disposition, and a nothing is beneath me attitude with a fast-paced mentality. Someone with an interest in music, and/or the legal field, is preferred! RESPONSIBILITIES Answer phones, direct calls and take messages Filter and prioritize incoming e-mails Manage a busy and always changing calendar Book international and domestic travel arrangements including flight, hotel and car services Schedule meetings, appointments and conference calls Process expense reports Manage and book conference rooms Assistance with light legal work (documents, mailings, deposits) Ongoing personal assistance as requested REQUIREMENTS Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills True team player Extremely well-written and articulate Very strong attention to detail Familiarity with various office equipment and MS Office Software Respect for confidentially SALARY Up to $70-80K base (DOE) + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits/ perks #J-18808-Ljbffr BCL Search
