Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with clients to collaboratively establish and work towards personalized treatment goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Deliver prevention-oriented therapy aimed at empowering clients and equipping them with coping strategies.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans in coordination with clients.
• Work alongside other treatment providers and community agencies to integrate care and ensure comprehensive support.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and therapies provided.
• Manage a manageable caseload, ensuring timely and thorough session notes and follow-ups after each interaction.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions to promote a culture of shared learning and collaboration.
• Contribute to enriching the overall environment and culture of the practice, advocating for client and staff well-being alike.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of one year of related experience in mental health counseling or similar fields.
• Demonstrated familiarity with community mental health resources, allowing for effective referral and collaboration.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey treatment plans and foster client engagement.

Preferred Experience
