Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to create their schedules while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs and mental health conditions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote client well-being, aligning with best practices in mental health care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records according to ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant privacy laws.
• Collaborate regularly with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and coping strategies, empowering them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health therapy or counseling.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
