Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, employing evidence-based techniques learned through your professional training to support the mental health of your clients.
• Facilitate open discussions that encourage clients to express feelings and experiences, helping them gain insights into their emotional well-being and personal relationships.
• Develop, implement, and regularly assess custom treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs while incorporating solution-focused methodologies.
• Advocate for your clients, guiding them in identifying achievable goals and navigating their journeys toward mental wellness.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of the counseling sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes using our efficient practice management system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a counselor with us, you will be exclusively working with a carefully screened clientele. All clients are stable, emotionally intelligent adults who present with low acuity levels, which means that you will not be dealing with severe mental health crises. You also have the freedom to select your preferred demographics, ensuring that you work with clients whom you relate to and feel equipped to assist effectively. Additionally, we offer an unlimited supply of referrals, eliminating the need for you to spend valuable time or resources on marketing your services.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated strong computer literacy skills, essential for effectively utilizing our digital counseling platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Proven ability to evaluate mental health conditions and devise treatment plans that lead to measurable improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked and counseling experience. Full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend. In addition to a generous salary, we provide:
