Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.
• Provide effective therapy sessions through video calls, utilizing established techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to facilitate healing and growth.
• Deliver trauma-informed care, specifically for clients coping with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), ensuring a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Manage diverse client cases, coordinating referrals to specialists when needed, and collaborating with external healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain meticulous records in accordance with ICD-9 standards and comply with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in family therapy sessions as needed, focusing on the improvement of relationships and enhancing behavioral outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients vary widely in age, background, and presenting issues, providing the chance to work with individuals facing a range of challenges from depression and anxiety to trauma and behavioral disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active license as either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California is required.
• A minimum of two years' experience in an outpatient or telehealth setting providing counseling services.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, coupled with strong digital documentation skills for maintaining accurate client records.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience employing evidence-based techniques in a digital format, particularly in virtual therapeutic settings.
• Familiarity with cultural competence and the ability to work with a diverse client population.
• Prior involvement in collaborative care models or multidisciplinary teams is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
